David Choi
"Many of our graduates have done fabulously well as entrepreneurs. They have built successful companies in such industries as telecommunication, software, foods, ecommerce, exercise equipment, among others. I am impressed how quickly our students are able to turn themselves into business owners, often just a year or two after completing their MBA program. I am encouraged when students during their time at LMU find their passions, test feasibility of their ideas, and build sufficient momentum to create their own jobs soon after graduating. And nothing is more fun than hanging out with my former students who are successfully pursing their entrepreneurial careers."

It is a pleasure for me to participate in LMU's MBA program. I use "participate," not "teach," because of the small class sizes. Students feel comfortable to contribute their views and business experience to the solution of the strategic problems discussed in class. This opportunity is especially valuable because the development of effective strategic solutions is informed not only by concepts and theories. It benefits tremendously from the incorporation and implementation of best practices identified in various industries and markets. MBA classes at LMU thus become a forum where students learn not only from the faculty but also through the experience of the other participants.
